Rice Cooker Oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 4 cups water or milk
- 1/2 cup chopped fruit (e.g., apples, berries)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- Cinnamon to taste
Instructions:
- Add oats and water or milk to the rice cooker.
- Stir in the chopped fruit, honey, and cinnamon.
- Set the rice cooker to “Cook.”
- Once done, let it sit for a few minutes before serving. You can top with additional fruit or nuts if desired.
