Service Centre

Cuckoo Oceania is now offering in-person service requests for our rice cookers at our authorized store locations. This only applies to rice cookers that are currently listed on our official website. For your convenience, you can now fill out the repair request form and be provided with an estimate repair cost. You can drop off your rice cooker at the service request center and we will take it to our service center for you. Once the repairs are finished, we will deliver the rice cooker back to the service request center for you to pick up. All rice cooker models listed on our official website, receive a 1 year warranty which provides free service repairs. Any rice cookers whose warranty has expired will have to pay the repair fees.

IMPORTANT: In the case of non-operating/discontinued models on the website, services may be limited. Please contact the call center for detail before taking your product in.
