Service Centre
Cuckoo Oceania is pleased to announce that we now offer in-person service requests for our rice cookers at authorised store locations. This service is applicable only to rice cookers currently listed on our official website.
To facilitate your experience, you can fill out a repair request form and receive an estimate for repair costs. Then, simply drop off your rice cooker at the service request centre, and we will transport it to our service centre on your behalf. Once the repairs are completed, we will return the rice cooker to the service request centre for you to collect.
All rice cooker models listed on our official website are covered by a one-year warranty, which includes free service repairs. Please note that rice cookers with an expired warranty will incur repair fees.
IMPORTANT: For non-operating or discontinued models listed on the website, service options may be limited. We recommend contacting our call centre for specific details before bringing in your product.
