Repair Request Centre

Cuckoo Oceania is pleased to announce that we now offer in-person repair requests for our rice cookers at authorised store locations. This service is available only for RICE COOKER models currently listed on our official website.

To facilitate your experience, you may email a repair request before visiting the repair centre.

Once submitted, please drop off your rice cooker at the designated repair request centre. The service team will assess the unit and advise you of any applicable repair costs.

After completion, the unit will be returned to the same location.

All rice cooker models listed on our official website come with a one-year warranty, which includes free service repairs. Please note that repair fees will apply to rice cookers outside the warranty period.

Important:

For non-operating or discontinued models, service options may be limited. We strongly recommend contacting our Call Centre in advance to confirm eligibility before visiting a repair location.
