Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the rice and add it to the rice cooker with the water.
  2. Place the vegetables on top of the rice.
  3. Drizzle with soy sauce and olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Close the lid and cook on the “Cook” setting.
  5. Once done, mix the rice and vegetables together before serving.
