Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Rinse the rice and add it to the rice cooker with the water.
- Place the vegetables on top of the rice.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Close the lid and cook on the “Cook” setting.
- Once done, mix the rice and vegetables together before serving.
